Anyone out there trying CBD?

Hi ladies,

Is anyone out there trying CBD for pain relief and inflammation? I’ve been using it for a few months now and it’s pretty good. I can’t take ibuprofen because of medical reasons, so this works for me. Xx

That's really interesting to hear! I'm looking into it for pain, inflammation and anxiety but no idea what type to get or where for!! Can I ask what kind you're taking?

Hi Cosima, I’m taking pure CBD. It’s not cheap but you can get from most health shops. Good luck x

I'm glad it works for you! I tried it and honestly it made me so anxious and ill!!! I was very surprised when people speak so positively of it! I don't know if I'm allergic to it of its not realistically represented as good for eveyone! I really wanted it to help me and I'm really upset the multiple times iv tried it many different ways! I always feel like I'm choking for the rest of the day, and aniexty so severe like iv never had before and shaking! And paranoid for weeks after each time and heart pulporarions, literally traumatised me tbh.. People keep telling me my experience isn't valid too 😭 i really wanted it to be my saviour and I'm so exhausted trying to find a good pain relief.
