possible endometriosis?

hi! im 20 years old and i have been having abdominal pains for around 6 months now. theyre suspecting endometriosis but im still waiting for a diagnosis and i am so scared. i would love children and the idea that i may not be able to is heartbreaking. its effecting my everyday life including my education and my job. i dont have any other symptoms of endo as far as im aware from what ive looked into and im just curious if anyone out there has it and only has the pains? ive never had heavy or painful periods and havent had a period since january 2020 due to a birth control pill im on, sex isnt painful, ect. im only getting the pain in my abdomen and im feeling really alone in this at the minute and getting no help from my doctors. if anyone can give any advice/insight into their experience please do
