Has anyone else suffered with Pelvic muscle spasm after a full hysterectomy? I’m 8 months post Op and still feel rubbish!
I’m waiting for my appointment to come through to see the hospital physio but just wondered if there was anything anyone could recommend to do at home to help in the meantime?
