Hysterectomy

Hi everyone,long time since I posted on here on,more health problems and my child diagnosis of autism. Anyway

After moving area Preston have agreed to do a hysterectomy 🙂 not everyone Will understand the happy Face after being diagnosed at 20 I'm out of treatment options 13 laporocoscopy later. I am a little worried due to having heart problems but also the fact that I know it won't cure endo, has anyone had this and how it was after the surgery. I'm a single parent so trying to way everything up. I'm only 32 . It's definitely the right thing for me to have. But wonder if I should stay on zoladex abit longer 6 years without a break and operations every year.

Hysterectomy was the best thing I did, the pain & not being able to leave the house when I had my period due to heavy bleeding ☹️.

I ended up on morphine for a year with being in pain 24/7, I had days where took all my energy just to get out of bed.

Which not good for a mum with a son with autism & that depends on me to do everything for him.

You will need some help for first 6 weeks, but after that you are still in recovery but it gets easier to do stuff.

So if you got some help go for the hysterectomy, after the first few months you will like your old self.
