Hi ladies,
I thought I’d post as I’ve been experiencing some positive change lately and wanted to share what I’ve been doing in the hope that it could bring relief to more people. I’ve read lots on supplements and alternative medicine and from reading about Ayurveda I kind of came across very good supplements which help with so many things in addition to improving endometriosis symptoms. I had excision surgery years ago and was on Zoladex for 6 months but my endo returned and so far only diet changes and supplements have made a difference. This and the fact that surgery is the only treatment, but Endo almost always returns, made me think that only what we put into our bodies can help this condition. Here is what I’ve been taking for about 3-4 months and in the last two periods I have had hardly any pain. I don’t know whether it’s the significantly reduced stress due to working from home with combination with the supplements, but there has definitely been a noticeable change in my period pain.
Quercetin 500mg by Solgar
NAC Solgar
Vitamin D3 4000iu (If you live In a country with a lot of sun exposure 4000iu of vitamin D3 might be too much, I’m in the U.K.)
Magnesium spray
Wellwoman original (for the B vitamins, Zinc and Selenium apparently very important)
Also determined to do the castor oil packs regularly, I’ve done this several times and it seems to help, as well as is apparently very good for detoxification which seems to be a major factor with Endo.
Please read on each one and check if it’s good for you personally, I’ve checked everything possible to confirm amounts, interactions etc relevant to me and what I’m taking.
Also worth mentioning that the ones I’ve lister above have been proven to help with strengthening the immune system and helping in the current coronavirus situation. Check @foundmyfitness dr Rhonda Patrick.
In addition I want to share a few more supplements which from my research have incredible reviews and have been recommended for endometriosis but I haven’t taken them personally yet as many of them apparently decrease blood pressure and mine is already low. I will be trying some of these on their own at some point without taking anything else at the same time.

Ashwaghanda
