I wasn't sure if I wanted to share such a personal painting.. My counsellor said she thought it may help others living with endo and that people could relate and feel heard. I've been having a really rough time with pain levels and feel awful. Sending love and healing vibes to all living with endo 💞

My Endometriosis.. This touches the surface of how I feel physically & mentally.
Can definitely relate, great pic. Interesting how you’ve included the diaphragm, I get pressure going up to there when abdomen kicks off.
How do you feel about posting pic?
Thank you for doing so.
Thank you I have had some really great feedback from friends and family. I posted on my Facebook page and had lots of people message me to say they could either relate or that it helped them to understand. That was my aim, so it feels good to know it is helping others. I found it really therapeutic to do.
Thank you for your lovely comment. X
Yes, you have captured it well
hi just seen your picture....Wow!!! its amazing such a good way to express what we are feeling inside. I would show that to your gynae consultant next time you see them
I hope today finds you in a happier place
take care and keep smiling.
Your painting tells a thousand words! I am also an endo sufferer! Although I soldier on, I can definitely relate. Non sufferers need to be educated to understand how debilitating the condition it and how you can feel so lifeless at times. Most think it's just period pain!
Thank you for sharing x
It's vivid and true and beautiful (all the more so for being vivid and true) -- thank you for sharing.
I absolutely love this ♥️♥️♥️🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Thank you for sharing . Sending cuddles and positive vibes your way . Hope you get through it . There is a light at the end of the tunnel
Beautiful
Thank you all for your lovely comments. I am so glad that you all like it and feel it is reflective of this awful illness that we share. Lots of love 💕
Thanks for sharing I think its really important to share as you would be surprised how a painting can relate to others and open a dialogue of support
