Acupuncture or fertility massage to help get pregnant or help with endo pain

Hi everyone

I’ve been doing so much research and I’ve been reading a lot about acupuncture and fertility massages to help women get pregnant. I’ve also read it helps a lot with endometriosis pain. I’m just curious to see if there are any positive story’s out there using theses methods? Thanks

I've read into Mizan therapy for fertility too, it's a type of massage.

I have general abdo massage and reflexology for relaxing and getting lymph flowing before / after my period which helps mentally and really relaxes me.

I’m not trying to conceive so I cannot help with that, however in an attempt to take back control I’m trying to manage symptoms by nutrition, exercise and reflexology. My therapist also gives myofacial massage when I’m there. It is weird at first as you feel a lot of internal movement and I need free access to the toilet. It’s working for me and I love my therapist

Hi Disneynala, I had acupuncture for Migraine Headaches so unable to comment on whether it would help with becoming pregnant. It may help with endometriosis but I am not at all sure about if it would help with fertility. It may help you to relax perhaps and that could help your all round well being. I wish I was able to help you further but wish you very good luck.
