Do I go to a&e?

I hope someone can help. I have endometriosis and had a lap last June, then was on zoladex for a few months. After coming off the injections my pains returned along with my periods which are always on time or a few days early, but always heavy.

Last month my period was only 3 days long and incredibly light, but painful. This month I am a week late and have all the pains but no period and a constant burning/sting along my groin area. I have done 2 pregnancy tests and seen my GP who told me he isn't concerned and to wait it out, but I feel like something isn't right. I am prone to large cysts and last year had 3 chicken egg sized cysts burst all at once. It is uncomfortable to go to the toilet and I keep needing to pee. Do I wait this out or go to a&e incase it is something else? I am concerned and my GP isn't interested as he always thinks because I have endo that it's the cause of the problem.

Ring 111 and ask for advice x

I rang them and they just told me to go back to my GP who said the same thing as yesterday :(. He didn't even examine me. I guess I'll just have to soldier on through as normal and hope it's nothing bad.

Do you have a walk in centre near you? Or get an appointment at your doctors but with a different GP. As someone else might be more understanding/ willing to help.

Just an update-

Ended up very unwell last night and went to see an out of hours GP who examined me thoroughly and sent me to see someone else who could help further at the hospital.

I had another ruptured cyst on my left ovary aswell as an infection in my left kidney and they're concerned my endo has spread to my kidney so are contacting my gynae surgeon for an update on when my next lap is.
