Non-hormonal ways of kicking endo in the butt?

I am having major troubles finding a good med. Having migranes with aura, hormonal acne, edema (especially facial) and Hair loss, i am not able to use contraceptives or progesterone for the job. I am trying to push the lap as far as possible, since i am aware it will only make things worse in the long run if i am not on meds. My ovaries are attached to my uterus and i am having pretty bad pains during intercourse, and during days 1-14 the cramps are nasty.

Is there any way to deal with this that wouldn’t make me super bloated and looking like a teenager? I am 28 years old.

On another note, are people getting edema, hair loss and acne from endo? Trying to figure out what is causing this..... had a copper iud for 4 years and now got it removed after reading about the effects copper could have, but no help. Im super tired and anxious as well.

i think u should go for open surgery for removal of ovaries and uterus. my wife had the same problem and had surgery 2 months back. now she is feeling well and no pain and cramp. there is no other option i know this is big decision but not more than normal life.

Thank you for the reply! This is what I have been fearing, since i really have not found another way. I’m glad your wife found relief in the surgery. As a childless 28-year old it does seen like a huge decision, but then again, living like this is not good living either. Really appreciate your reply!

please avoid laparoscopy go for open surgery it will minimize the risk of damaging other organs during surgery.
