Pregnant?

My GP asked me to leave a urine sample after my appointment to rule out a urine infection and pregnancy as I've had different pains to my usual ones.

I rang the surgery up about my results like i was asked and the lady on the phone said she's waiting for my pregnancy test results to come back. My GP was mainly thinking it was a urine infection but them saying the results for pregnancy test are taking longer, I'm now worried.

Am i over thinking this?

I have the implant and I'm awaiting a period after stopping my norethisterone on 20th Feb.
