Mine is 160 fasting and 313 pp without medicines. Started Azilux 1 MF one at day and half at night after food. What diets I should avoid?

i am taking metaphormin ipr 850 with starpill and amlong 2.5 bd , my after meals sugar is 190 some times jumps 205,
