Calcaneal Bursitis

I would like to know any boarders experience with this health condition (Calcaneal Bursitis - inflammation in heel bursa) which could make walking difficult especially when you get up after sitting for some time. I do have this problem for couple of years and there seems to be no permanent remedy except taking NSAIDs and/Antibiotics.
