Does intake of sugar activate pancreas to produce insulin?

Pancreas produces insulin according to the needs when ever sugar is set to get in to the blood, sensing the needs in a healthy person.

it is fact,but sugars having glycemic index100 are too much wheeping the sensor,leading exhausion& diabetes(pent-up)sugars in blood.Complex carbs& many other diet ingredients ultimate transferred to glucose which are absorbed slowly&reflex insulin comes in to push them into cells for metabolism.
