I am wondering, all countries and regions have different habits of eating and the food and work styles in daily life. So, which country and the region people have very low number of diabetic people (Type-2) and specific reason for such low numbers?

Interesting question 😀

In terms of Diabetes Prevalence i.e.

% of Population affected by Diabetes !

No.1 is Kiribati with highest no of diabetes with 22% of population are diabetes as per 2019 ranking .. ..

and countries like Zimbabwe & Benin are lowest with only 1 to 2 % people are diabetes as per 2019 ranking

You have to see population of the country. India & China maximum population so the percentage is naturally more.
