After being told I showed signs of CKD i was put on a severe diet now getting palpitations and short breath. Is it too much or too little potassium or too much never given a stage creatinine was 1.8 a yr ago

I am sorry to say this, you need to go to a hospital, or a medical practice, for blood tests for CKD, there are a number of blood function festing

Do not play a guessing game on potassium or any other blood numbers!!!!!
