I have seen many people on this forum on LWMDR diet .... many have reduced medicines also... is there any body on LWMDR diet for the past 4 to 5 years and are without medicine and blood sugar number in control or better or nearby cure like dialife .... saxenan

Try it yourself. Many here including myself not convinced about lwmdr for the reason it's high carb recipe.
