What is the source of this chart..kindly explain meaning... does it mean as A1c increase,HDL will decrease?... charts needs some explanation

Great shashi. This i have been saying for a long time that even nonD if take less carbs say @ 150-175 per day there are less chances of chd cvd. Obviously high a1c leads to high inflammation in our body. The root cause of cva.
