Certain facts we have to accept. D is our body's incapacity to burn off sugar efficiently. It's genetic basis. Theoretically if we could identify the genes responsible for this defect we could change these genes right in the inception of the life - before implantation of zygotes with good ones if we have these nondefective genes. So we have to subject every zygote or zygotes of potential D for PGD - biopsy. Not possible for naturally occurring pregnancies but we can try in test tube babies. Impractical and ve....ry costly.
