Scuba dive for a diabetic!

Hello all, I'm back from my beach holiday and yes I did go for scuba dive, first at 3.5metres depth in lagoon then at 10metres in open sea waters.. my pp blood sugar post dive remained at 125.. feeling great because all the time I was preparing myself to accept that nothing will be same as before diabetes happened... thanks for LCHF diet advice... even when I couldn't really stick to it during last 5 odd days, my pancreas didn't ditch me! Thanks for moral support Champakji. Now bracing up for Hba1c test..😀
