Its strange that whenever I take Ragi ( in Small Quantity ) in my meal , I touch 180's but with white rice/millet/ brown rice/ 3 chapati I never go 150 .

Yes I have also seen once. In fact my sugar increasing after using it. I checked through NET and found it is low GI food , so today I used. But after seeing your post, I should not use it. Ragi may be good for various reasons but not suiting us.
