Can someone suggest a treatment for a non-healing wound in my leg which developed due to an extraction of a vein for bypass surgery? I am a diabetic.

wound not healing could be due to uncontrolled blood sugar.if you are diabetic control it first and bring it to normal range as per advice of your doctor
Check your blood sugar daily till the wound is healed. If your blood sugar is high, control the same with diet, exercise and insulin therapy.
