Uncontrolled Sugar level

I checked HBA1C and found it 11.1 it means sugar is beyond my control and I need to seriously think of reversing to prevent further damage.

Please suggest me, if I need hospitalization or by changing life style, can I have control on sugar.

Consult a diabetologist. Get a thorough investigation done for diabetes, including liver function and kidney function . Follow his advice.

Just 20 days back I diagnosed for HBa1c with 11.2 and Doctor asked me to take Metformin 500mg twice day .. I followed it for one week and I took great control in diet and exercise

and brought down my BG levels 200 -> 100 and Go for complete lifestyle change and you can bring it back to lower range in very short time. Talk to doctor and get medicines ..

Now i am controlling " with out medicines " @ 100's ( I dont suggest you to stop medicines without consulting doctor ) . I am getting good numbers with out medicines from last 15 days ..

You must visit doctor first and follow medicines and once Numbers came down , you can try controlling BG with only diet and exercise and here we have lot of people controlling sugar without medicines

It is general perception that with insulin shots one can give rest to already tired beta cells.

However, beta cells failure is due to high Insulin resistance. Once on insulin shots..or any beta cell churning medication body will become more insulin resistant..and may be in short time you will be able to control your sugar…but ultimately Diabetes will win.

pushkardeo, diabetes is REVERSIBLE. Gone are the days when diabetes was described as a chronic progressive disease. Unless it is too far progressed, which in your case does not appear to be so, it can be reversed. You can have health and vitality again. LCHF diet is an important aspect of the reversal process.
