I am a diabetic. I have started eating oats recently there are many brands in India which sell oats i want to ask which brand has best oats, i have seen brands such as saffola which are providing oats in India flavours like masala oats etc. are they safe to eat.

Saffola masala oats contains 68% carbs. Not good for us. For other oats you have to read the nutritional contents.
