Am I diabetic?

Good day all of you,

This is amit from Mumbai. Age-26yrs

On 1st April 2017 . I took diabetic test.

Fasting plasma glucose reading was 109mg/dl . ReF range on report is 70 to 110 mg/dl.

I am overweight by 30 kgs.

Is it very seious health issue.

Kindly advise .

Personally dont think its serious, but lifestyle should be watched and carbs avoided
