Everyone needs some carbs for brain and the rest of the body to function properly. Please check out the article on the attached link. Go to: md-health.com/No-Carb-Diet....

I hope this helps. Please also talk with your doctor about the issue before you do anything.

No. Brain can utilize ketones as efficiently as carbs. On the contrary ketones better because it helps in epileptic fits, alzheimer's.

Yes. You can have extreme low carb diet. 30 g a day. It's postulated by some scientists that zero carb diet is good because 56% of protein and 10% of fat gets converted to carbs. But that would put stress on your thyroid. So check your thyroid. If ok take 30-50 g good carbs. Low gi gl. Complex.

Carb is there in most food. 100gms to 140gms per day is more than sufficient.

Hello

I would suggest to eat fruits in the morning as mch as yu can with sprouts .. with limits quantity of banana .. and eat not more than 2 chapati without using any oil and before lunch and dinner .. make raw vegetable chart which can include cucumber, radish, onion, cabbage, can also add one apple and sprouts and eat as mch as you can and limit your chapati with one or max 2

Pls note - donot drink milk.. if yu want to drink milk .. go for double toned milk..

Take code liver fish oil capsule and some mutivitamin in b/w your meal.. means after eating 1 roti..

Multivitamin - just take one in a day during morning or lunch

And code liver take one with breakfast and one with dinner.

Do not , never eat maida(cake flour)

Use multigrain aata and multigrain bread and also 5 grains nutichoice biscuit but to resticted limits

Use oil with omega 3 contents and 0 cholestrol

And also if possible join gym or walk after breakfast and dinner

Dear all follow this step and you will gradualy notice that you need less medicine and if you follow this routine diabetes would not be a problem for you

@Aman3112 : I understand what is double toned milk, but why only double toned milk ? what is wrong or bad in non double toned milk is what my question is ? apart from the fact that double toned milk has a lower fat content than ordinary milk, what is great in it. LCHF people push for higher fat content foods to be consumed in place of carb so explain in that context why DT milk. TY.

The only reason for double tonned is .. it is 70% water.. so it means as you are not able to leave drinking milk atleast go for 70% water milk .. as milk shud be stopped as it is the major cause for insulin resistant hence mainly responsible for type 2 diabetes . Type 2 means your body is making insulin but the beta cells which takes insulin to diff parts of the body are not able to do so .. milk damages those cells.. so better to avoid milk or have little double tonned milk.

Thank you

Thank you for your reply.

Also low fat will lead to deficiencies of fat soluble vitamins like A.D.E.K2

This will aggravate the situation further in long term

Fruits with its fructose will stress the liver which is an imp organ for diabetics

Just 1 to 2 Roti in a day made of besan and wheat atta should do.
