I also had an OGTT, 2 months after discontinuing every medication. I quit exercise for 2 days, and had normal food as always. For the test, I dissolved 75 gm dextrose monohydrate in water and drank it. The blood glucose readings were:
Fasted 91
30 min 225!
1 hr 171
Had to go out. The next was checked in a lab.
2 hr 12 min 91
My peak was very high, but then the insulin kicked in and in about two hours, my blood glucose returned to fasting levels. According to WHO criteria, this is considered non-diabetic.

A diabetic persoǹs blood glucose will not come down to below 140 mg/dl in 2hours after ingesting 75 gm pure glucose.
Oral Glucose Tolerance Test
The OGTT can be used to diagnose diabetes, prediabetes, and gestational diabetes. Research has shown that the OGTT is more sensitive than the FPG test, but it is less convenient to administer. When used to test for diabetes or prediabetes, the OGTT measures blood glucose after a person fasts for at least 8 hours and 2 hours after the person drinks a liquid containing 75 grams of glucose dissolved in water.
If the 2-hour blood glucose level is between 140 and 199 mg/dL, the person has a type of prediabetes called impaired glucose tolerance (IGT). If confirmed by a second test, a 2-hour glucose level of 200 mg/dL or above means a person has diabetes.
congrats. Achieving your desired BS is very tough, but consistency paid. As some of our colleagues have mentioned enjoy life, keep good health, don't worry unnecessarily, but always keep a tab on your BS and check them once in awhile, to be on the safe side.
