Delighted to see you back. I had also sent petition for you and earlier for Shooter George. You are both doing noble cause of sharing yr experience and not peddling unproven formulations. 

BTW i gave up BGR 34 after using 6 bottles as it was doing more harm than good, triggering ravenous appetite and uncontrolled BS level. After reverting to LCHF i am back to level of 116 in morning, goijg upto 165 max 1 hr after meal.

I do take insulin leaves so i can enjoy my milk at nighr sometimes with Patanjali Honey. No waking up at night.

Since i curbed my carbs i can enjoy luxury of honey, mixed fruit smoothies. Brother at night a table spoon of Amul Butter is miraculous for me.
