Perfectly alright,my 36 yrs.diabetics,under control,purely on dietary management.no insulin,almost since ten months..many of type2 cases are being dealt by my dr.who strongly advocates no insulin,medicines for diabetics, type 2,!

Long wheat seem to have reduced my sugar numbers, but also i am only 7-8 days into it, i will try for 3 months check my h1ac then i would concur on the effect, as far as the wiehgt i n 8 days i dont see much differenc
