clarification

for the past two months i am having a trouble in my right hand middle finger. it gets bend frequently and i have to straighten it with great pain. due to this i am unable to take meals conveniently and i am unable to write or carry any thing. i am 79 now. can any one suggest remedy for this. whom i have to consult? ortho or neuro
