Cover of baked preferably salted groundnut has proved to be the best medicine on diabetes. After baking the groundnut in sand the colour of groundnut from outside changes from pink to dark pink, and that dark portion, to which I am calling as cover is easily removable with fingers even. It's very light in weight, hence take around 100 grams of that cover in the pot, put few drops of water on it, so that all covers can be held together, to make a lump of it. Eat such lump 3 times a day for at least 3 to 6 months or could be for 6 to 12 months, depending upon the age and period of diabetes person is having. Avoid all kinds of sweets during the treatment. The regular blood and or urine test after starting the above intake, shall show the diabetes turning to normal. One may gradually reduce the dose of diabetes medicine and or injection, to realise the effect of this treatment. Once the effect of this treatment is found / realised, the diabetes medicine / injection can be further reduced. Ultimately you shall find, that without the diabetes medicine / injection, diabetes has come under complete control due to this treatment. After that, please continue with this treatment for 3 to 6 months, or as long as possible, to never to have diabetes again in your life, even while having sweets.
Now to have this cover, one has to approach to the shop where baked groundnuts are sold. Many persons prefer to buy baked groundnuts from the shop after the said cover is removed from it. Many such shop keepers remove that cover and throws it as waist. Hence such shop keepers can store such cover instead of trowing, to make it available to the needy person.

If it is the thin skin like cover of the seed, I am wondering about the quantity of qroundnuts that will be required, to get 100 gms * 3 of skin / day.
The skin of a ground nut must be weighing in mg ( perhaps 1 or 2 mg ).
Either I am misunderstanding or miscalculating the whole thing or it is going to be one mind boggling task.
Search on the topic and we can find some research on the significant anti oxidant and anti inflammatory effect of peanut skins. But using 300 grams of roasted skin a day is not so economic and collecting waste from shops might not be very hygienic .
