our lifestyle is the major reason of diabetics all items like air, water & food is poluted all these item we dont want but any how must take in our body if our immunity is strong we have no problem in any diese so must strong our immunity

The diabetes was always there eariler also but people were not so conscious of that .Now with the technological advance the people are ware of the facts.Everybody has sugar it is one life style and food habits the sugar level varies.Earlier people used to take teo square meals nowadays we take more than that with the result all complications.Once one know he has having diabetes he should stop worrying about that start attcking how to control this with proper diet and excercise.

Diabetes is a life style ailment, people in the urban areas have to be more particular as temptation of fast food, chair borne jobs, sedentry life style and not exercising are the causes of Diabetes. Coarse grain in diet, a fair amount of exercise of say 30-45 mins brisk walking and 10-15 mins of Pranayam can keep Diabetes away. After 40 keep a regular check on HbA1c (Glycostated blood sugar) Test every three months and keep the fear away.

With my personal experience, the reasons for diabetics are many

(1) Life style, whether you are doing any type of exercise or not?

(II) Obesity

(III) Tension of office/ house, if family life is not peaceful it also contributes for diabetic

(iV) Heredity Pattern / Food taken irregularly etc.

Insulin is a hormone produced by the pancreas to control blood sugar. Diabetes can be caused by too little insulin, resistance to insulin, or both.
