Yesterday I check my blood sugar, Fasting-235 and FBPS - 281, before i cannot take any medicine please advise to control my sugar.
In your last posts there were many suggestions, are you following any of them?
Control your high blood sugar by diabetic diet, aerobic exercise and insulin therapy.
Please note that diabetes mellitus is a group of diseases affecting all organs in the body.
Take HbA1c test.

Why cannot you take any medicines ?

I did it through reducing carbohydrates and exercise combination.
