My daily diet quota that brought my HBA1C from 11.6% to 7.2% (average weekly 0.175%)

Yes, please let me have your email ID. efar52@gmail.com (medfree has computed that carbs form 34% calories on my 2,200 daily food plan and feels I may soon reach a plateau. Further suggested, I should reduce carbs to 20% or take sugar control medicines) efar52@gmail.com
