And inactive. Is this symptoms are related to diabetic condition or otherwise.i am taking papaya, apple, orange and pomagranate fruits daily. Is it advisable. My sugar level is around 200.

thanks for your reply. rbs is200. sorry i am taking gluconorm g2. routine food followed is ragi balls with rice in the afternoon and wheat chapathi with rice in the night. I will the read the suggested articles for more information.

Your sugar in the evening must be dropping down Check it. and according adjust the medication.
