Monthly once i check sugar levels are fastng 75,after meals 110.I am not using any medicines.My friend said take minimum dose tablet for diobetic.Is it advisible?

I think you need not take any medication.When the sugar levels are in control and you take any medicine,you run the risk of hypoglycemia,which is equally dangerous.However,keep monitoring and act suitably as per results.

I must say too much exercise & than score is higher side of normal. Keep watching scores regularly, mean after that much activity, levels must be low. Just keep strict watch, may be you needed medicine if could not follow your daily routine, thus I say keep monitoring very frequently, meanwhile try to find what affect your sugar level. May be you can reverse diabetes also. I know many members not agreed with last statement, but have seen many cases whereas ppl at this score gone back to normal life and even after eating sweets, their score is normal.Goof Luck
