I am so confused with the LCHF diet. If we haven't to eat carbs and haven't to eat proteins, what then should we eat...... Only Fats ?
But many on the forum term LCHF as Low carbs and High Fat and not low carb and high fibre.
Where is Anup gone since the last 7 months after preaching LCHF diet ? Is he or is he not ?

please do not misleed people about egg with yolk is good for diabetics. it will lead to high cholestrol and then heart problem
