The Gym thing is going well and i really enjoy it , was a bit weird at first and awkward due to my shakijng and the looks you get , but as usual i just said to my self F@@k it , now most people at the gym know me as Alan The Parkie and its cool

Really loved this. Back from holiday, pouring with rain here and needed cheering up. Fed up.com. so was glad of a little giggle. How are you doing? If we can keep our sense of humour it helps us along the way. My dad was a cartoonist for a local paper for many years, so thanks.
