Neuralli PS128 - How to take it

Hello all,

I have been taking PS128 for the last 2 years. It is no fault of theirs, but following the directions on the bottle says to take 2 capsules with or without food. I took the 2 capsules with the rest of my supplements with breakfast. Just recently I found through their website that for PD they recommend taking two capsules on an empty stomach before bed.

I have been taking it in the morning with breakfast also. Can you tell me where you found the information about evening dosage for Parkinson’s? Thank you.

We recommend people with Parkinson’s disease take two capsules at the same time, preferably in the evening on an empty stomach.

I can't say that it helps my day to day motor symptoms, but since moving my dose to the evening, it has definitely had an impact on my sleep.

You can always email them to ask any questions. They have been very helpful and prompt. They didn't mind how frequent my questions were.
