Well I can only say for my husband it was the opposite.... He had GPI location back in 2012 because Neurologist said it was at the time less likely to cause cognitive issues. His worst cognitive issue now, 12 years later is memory. 🫤 Fortunately and unfortunately, everyone is different, so it's certainly not been a plus on that side for him.
