Check you homocysteine levels and methyl malonic acid. It will become clearer. Even if it is not a casual relationship methylation is really important for many chemical processes and B12 is one of the critical elements.
Thanks for sharing this video. I just watched it in its entirety and found it very interesting and encouraging.
I already take a B vitamin complex with very high levels of B12. Of the many supplements I take, it's the only one which made me feel better almost immediately after taking it. As Cskhan notes, B12 lowers homocysteine levels, which are often too high in PwP.
