As we age our ability to absorb b12 in the digestive tract weakens, or so my health person says. Sublingual absorbed works better. In the event you do a hair mineral analysis, note your cobalt level. If cobalt is low, b12 is also low. Per practitioner. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
