I am not an expert on Bright Light Therapy but it looks useful and I have been trying it for a while. Surprisingly, it may be best to do before bed.

I am interested in this topic, but I think Saturday is going to be sunny here after being totally overcast for 2 days, so I'm going to be indulging in natural light therapy and will not be in the meeting. ☺️
