Are there any holistic remedies for LUPUS?

My wife has recently been diagnosed with LUPUS. She had been in an accident in Florida back in March. She was treated poorly by the police/ handcuffed/ spent two nights in jail with low lives.

She became a nervous wreck, and couldn't sleep lost appetite and became extremely reclusive.

I'm hoping that strong anti-oxidants and B vitamins might help. Any thoughts would be appreciated? Thanks
