Sleep problems

I have been an insomniac for years but since being diagnosed with PD my problems with sleep have increased to the point I rarely get as much as 2 hours of sleep per night. I have tried so many alternative therapies as well as sleeping pills from the GP but found little aid. There is a possibility there is something I have not tried so any suggestions please would be welcome.

I feel certain that you’ve tried the:

Magnesium L Threonate &

Melatonin &

Broad spectrum CBD Oil (non THC) combo.

The first two 2 hours before bed. CBD 1/2 hour afore bed, sublingual.

10 minutes of meditation in bed. 478 breathing is fine. Google technique if unfamiliar. Basic premise is longer exhale than inhale.

Moved from horror show sleep to 6 hours or more almost every night.

Melatonin is not for sale in UK so you’ll need to be creative to obtain. I take 15mg of the LifeExtension product.

This combo really works for me.

I was having sleep issues . Got worse to the point of being awake all night.

My neurologist prescribed Pramipexole (Sifrol)ER

.75 mg before bed.

Worked . Sleeping well.
