I don't mess with it anymore. I go get a pedicure. It's so much more relaxing. 💅

Ditto. I don't always get them painted either. The foot massage is a bonus.

Have they ever given you leg massage with the hot/warm flat stones? It's so relaxing!

No! Darn! They do have really hot towels they wrap around your legs and feet :o)

I use Swiss made toenail cutters, designed for older people, and tough nails!

soak foot in warm water first

Exercise concentrating on flexibility of hips knees and lower back.

I use nail files made for artificial nails! I recline in bed, lift a leg, and file each nail. I do this every two weeks so the nails are kept trim.

leave this to a vendor to take care of about every 6 weeks or so. Covered by insurance.

someone would cut mine! 😃
