Neupro patch tips

Hi everyone

i recently posted about the neupro patches and i was able to get help getting them, now i just want to see if anyone using them or used them previously could give me some tips. like where to put them tips on keeping them on for 24hrs without them coming off. best areas to put them best time of the day to put them on. can they be on in the shower? i shower 2 times a day because i sweat so bad at night sometimes and i still work also if they dont work for me do i have to titrate off of the patches? or if they wont stay on 24 hrs will that be an issue? TY for any tips you can give

My husband has been using the Neupro patch for many years. He moves it around on the tops of his legs and arms to prevent irritation. He holds the patch down for about 30 seconds and runs his finger around the edges till it really looks as if it’s completely adhered. He applies it after his shower, but has worn it in the shower.

Usually my husband put them on in the morning after shower I put some medical (paper based) tape on top so it holds well. If he goes to the pool or beach he will take it out (because the sun will make the patch to release more medicine and makes him feel bad later ) and keep it in a safe place and then will put it back with the tape holding . I suggest once you start using them keep them going change them every 24 hours and make sure you took the old one and you are not wearing two at the same time . He trued sometimes to sleep without them and we found out that he starts to feel escalofríos so try yo wear them everyday . Blessings to you
