Oral not to exceed 4.5 mg per day according to Medscape drug guide.

I am currently taking either .75 mg or 1.0 per day. When I first started them it was 2X that dose per day.

Nivrac77 has it right max of 4.5 mg per day, I'm down to 2mg a day, was on 4.5mg a day before DBS surgery.
