Really interesting videos, mentioning lots of areas of our memory we worry about but doesn’t mean we have Alzheimer’s, just normal which is reassuring. We’re also encouraged to look up something we can’t remember, all quite normal too. Thanks for posting this Marc.

I have not watched the video at the time of typing this post, so i might be vastly off cue here but I'd like to say that the only times that I've found forgetfulness pleasant and acceptable to me are the times when I'm trying to suppress painful, traumatic and hurtful memories.,.. otherwise forgetfulness scares me
