I wish them luck, but I have been supplementing with vitamin K2 for many years and it has not made any difference to the Parkinson's.

Vitamin K2 plays a role in the energy production of defective mitochondria. Because defective mitochondria are also found in Parkinson's patients with a or Parkin mutation, vitamin K2 potentially offers hope for a new treatment for Parkinson's.The study has inclusion criteria and accept patients with PINK1 mutations

If you don't have the said mutations, you are using it for nothing

If I remember correctly, have read that to achieve therapeutic goals one has to ingest 300 mg in addition to D3.
