Hi. I have managed to reverse many of my movement symptoms and have lived the past 18 years Pd-medication-free. I am now 86 years old and my Pd symptoms started in 1963. Email me johnpepper@telkomsa.net. No charge.

Hi there and welcome. The B1 protocol works for many, as mentioned by RoyProp. Chartist has a good post on it here. He is one of our very astute members, well informed and always willing to help. If you put his name into the members icon above, you can read his many posts. Very informative.

Many members follow John Pepper. His exercise regime works for many. I've seen it work for a friend of mine.

My husband's main symptoms are non motor. He doesn't have a tremor. Apathy has been a big problem. He's had PD officially since 2012/13. More recently we had great success with Mannitol. You can read our story on a post I did a few months ago.

If you want help with any specific problem, I suggest you do another post and ask the question.

Good luck,

Gwendolinej

If you can, definitely exercise and consider B1. Here is a link to all of the info on B1 :
